Sunday Special Recipe #7: Meat Balls Curry

For the meat balls:
Minced meat (kheema) - Mutton or Chicken 1Kg
Onions 5 (Finely chopped)
Groundnut powder 150gms
Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
Salt to taste

For Masala:
Garam Masala 1tsp
Garlic 2
Onion 1
Green chillies 10
Dhania powder 3tsp
Grated Coconut 1/2 shell
Tomatoes 3
Coriander leaves

For preparation:
Onion 1
Green Chillies 2

Cooking Method:

Mix all the ingredients of the meat balls evenly and make lemon sized balls out of them. While preparing the meat balls wet your hands. Only then they don’t stick to your hands.

Grind all the masala ingredients into a fine paste and keep it aside.

Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes transparent. Add chopped green chillies and saute for a while. Add the fine paste of the masala to the same pan and saute till the raw smell of the masala goes off. Add water as per the required consistency of the gravy. Slowly add the meat balls to the gravy. Boil for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with Chapathis or Rice.
